Everything you need to know about booking, cancellations, and fees.
Booking Notice Requirements

Late Booking Fees
Bookings made with less than the required notice may incur the following additional fees:

Multi-Pet Pricing
All services include care for up to 2 pets at the base price.
Additional pets: +$5 per pet beyond the first two.
Examples:
- Short Wag with 3 dogs: $18 + $5 = $23
- Short Wag with 4 dogs: $18 + $10 = $28
- Extra Long Wag with 3 dogs: $55 + $5 = $60
Cancellation Policy
- Same-day cancellations: 75% of the full booking total is charged.
- 1-3 calendar days before: 50% of the full booking total is charged.
- 4-6 calendar days before: 60% of the full booking total is charged.
- 7+ calendar days before: 0% of the full booking total is charged.
Payment
Payment is collected in person after your service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
